PROJECT OVERVIEW

This project involved building an L-Shaped dormer extension and renovating the first floor bathroom. The loft space houses a bedroom with en-suite shower room, bespoke storage on the landing and a decent sized office space to the rear. Beautifully decorated, the bathroom renovation on the first floor is designed in a traditional style whilst the loft en-suite has a modern and fun vibe; we built the sink unit on-site using a recycled plastic material, sourced by the client from Smile Plastics. The floor length window and the rooflight above the shower allow light to flood into both rooms giving the whole space an airy feel.
