PROJECT OVERVIEWWith uninterrupted views over Wanstead Flats, the client’s vision for this Forest Gate loft centred on capturing the landscape from the bathroom through a bespoke ‘up and over’ structural glass roof. To maximise light and visual impact, the roof was designed and adjusted on-site in close collaboration with structural engineers and building control, ensuring a seamless fit with the architectural design, structural requirements, and compliance. Built across one level to create an open plan master bedroom and en-suite, the project includes zinc cladding, air conditioning, solar panels, natural slated roof, telescopic pocket doors and marble tiled bathroom, which are just a few of the wonderful features in this loft.
